Novinky zo sveta GeoVision: GV-Eye 3.5.2, nové NVR riešenia a rastúci ekosystém AI technológií

News from GeoVision: GV-Eye 3.5.2, new NVR solutions, and a growing ecosystem of AI technologies

The arrival of the new year brings significant innovations to the GeoVision portfolio. The company is introducing updates that will significantly expand the capabilities of video management, monitoring, artificial intelligence, and cloud solutions. Here is an overview of the most important news and trends that partners and customers can look forward to in 2025 and 2026.

GV-Eye 3.5.2: Breaking update with AI event support in the timeline from playback of recordings in GV–VMS 20

One of the most significant new features is the upcoming GV–Eye 3.5.2 version, which will offer support for:

  • AI event timeline
  • AI playback directly from GV–VMS version 20

This means that users will no longer be limited to live preview and playback in GV-VMS. Extended support for AI analysis and events will enable more efficient video management and faster access to important information, even in the mobile app.

New standalone NVRs – available next year

Another innovation is the new standalone NVR, which will be launched on the market next year. From the information available so far, we know that:

  • available in 8-channel and 16-channel versions,
  • support the GV–G camera series,
  • compatible with AI events (GV-AI).

This is an attractive solution for small and medium-sized projects that require high image quality, AI analysis, and easy installation without the need for server infrastructure.

Monitoring support: GV–Center V2 AI + AIS and Dispatch Server

GeoVision plans to significantly promote products for monitoring centers, in particular:

  • GV–Center V2 AI + AIS
  • GV–Dispatch Server

Although many companies already use their own monitoring solutions, the goal is to seek out new market segments where these tools can bring added value – for example, security agencies, municipal monitoring centers, or private security services.

GV–Cloud VMS: The flagship for the future of monitoring

The GV–G series of IP cameras has become GeoVision's flagship line, and naturally, the emphasis on supporting cloud solutions is also growing. GV–Cloud VMS is a modern, scalable platform that offers several key benefits:

Main benefits of GV–Cloud VMS:

  • Scalability – monitoring of thousands of cameras, flexible storage expansion.
  • Remote access – live streaming, events, and playback anywhere via a web browser.
  • AI analytics – person/vehicle detection, intelligent search, face detection & tracking.
  • Alarms and events – central management of alarms and notifications.
  • Integration with AI devices – support for GV–AI cameras and AI accelerators.
  • 3D E-Map & Storyline Playback – visualization of events on a map and clear playback according to a timeline.
  • Security – high level of data protection using AES encryption.
  • Mobile app – iOS/Android for preview, events, and playback.
  • Support for 3rd party integrations – via SDK.
  • Redundancy/Failover – cooperative failover solutions for reliable recording and preview.

The cloud opens the door to rapid scalability, easy management, and new integration possibilities.
