We do not only deliver the goods throughout Europe, but also to every country worldwide. The shipping costs depend on the selected destination and the weight of the ordered goods.
As a guide to possible dispatch costs, below you can find a list ordered according to delivery service. The charges are set according to the weight of the goods being sent. The exact amount is shown in the shopping cart during checkout.

The orders dispatched to countries within theEuropean Unionwill be delivered usually within 2 weeks.
Above mentioned delivery times assumes that the goods to be ordered are in stock. If some items are not in stock at the moment, the shipping time may be extended.
The shipping costs will be added shortly before the completing each purchase order. In a case the shipping price is not displayed, please contact us. We will send you a quote for transport to your country as soon as possible.
Delivery to countries outside theEU
The orders dispatched to countries outside theEU will be delivered usually within 2 - 4 weeks.

Bulky Goods
Does your delivery exceed the maximum weight and/or size? Then the delivery will be carried out by specialized carriers. In such cases we will notify you about involved additional costs as well as about the estimated delivery time.
Order status
We inform you about the current process of your order. You will receive three e-mails from us:

One notice after your order has been placed so that you can check if everything was transmitted in the right way.

Once your order is processed in our system you get a second notice.

The third notice will be sent after your order is handed over to the delivery service.
The third e-mail will also contain a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery process.
As a registered customer you can check the process of your order at any time in your customer account under "My Orders".
