Our shop gives you the option of ordering the products you wish in a few clicks. We have summarised the different options and functions for you here:

Stock availability
Our stock monitoring system checks the current stock status and the price of each item. The latest values are delivered directly to the webshop, which means that you are kept informed about our current stock status all the time. For every product that you search for at Gemtech you will find our availability indicators in the form of a colour-coded infotext.

Registration
Do I have to register an account to order online?

Yes, you have to register an account with us to order online. However, registering an account with us is a way of saving your personal details, such as delivery addresses, for future use and makes our web page even quicker and easier to use.
Setting up a user account with Gemtech is safe and easy and has a lot of advantages:

Save time by using templates with the relevant details (such as delivery address) already filled in.

Save multiple Shopping Baskets for later use. Set up wishlist. Review items.

Change your personal details at any time.

Registered customers can log on at any time using your mail address and password.

How do I submit my order?

Review your order. Click "Place Order"

We will send you a confirmation e-mail that your order has been received

We will send you a subsequent e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped
Redeem voucher
You can easily redeem your Gemtech voucher / promotional code when you are in the shopping cart under "Discount Codes". Fill in your coupon code and click on "Apply Coupon". Your voucher will be added to your order.
You can only redeem one coupon code per order.
